for contracts via the online shop of TupaService GmbH

A. Cancellation policy for individual digital products

Right of cancellation

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us (TupaService GmbH, Brunnenstraße 19/1, DE-76327 Pfinztal, Telephone: +49 (0) 721 33 56 363, E-mail: widerruf@tupa24.de) by means of a clear declaration (e.g., a letter sent by post or an e-mail) of your decision to cancel this contract. You may use the attached model cancellation form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; in no event will you be charged any fees for this reimbursement.

Special notice on early expiry of the right of cancellation for digital content

The right of cancellation expires prematurely if we have begun performance of the contract after you

a) expressly agreed that we begin performance of the contract before the cancellation period expires, and

b) confirmed your acknowledgment that, by giving your consent and beginning performance of the contract, you lose your right of cancellation (§ 356 para. 5 BGB).

B. Cancellation policy for service subscriptions

You have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day the contract is concluded.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the communication concerning your exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Effects of cancellation

If you requested that services should begin during the cancellation period, you must pay us a reasonable amount corresponding to the proportion of services already provided up to the time you inform us of the exercise of the right of cancellation with respect to this contract, compared with the total scope of services provided for in the contract.
