The translation is delivered by post. You pay by bank transfer after receipt; the price and deadline are agreed by email before work begins.
How the order works
Complete the form and upload readable scans of every page. Elena will review the materials and contact you to agree on the price, deadline and delivery of the finished translation. The service is provided by an independent partner translator.
Price, payment and delivery
- The indicative base rate is about €1.60 per line of text (55 characters including spaces). The exact price depends on the document type, volume and urgency.
- Payment is made in euros by bank transfer to a German IBAN within two weeks after receiving the translated document.
- The invoice and payment details are enclosed with the paper translation. Keep the invoice: sworn translation costs may sometimes be partly tax-deductible.
- Shipping outside Germany is charged separately according to current Deutsche Post or DHL rates.
- After reviewing the files, the translator emails you the exact price and deadline. Work starts only after you confirm the order.
