XPoint24 GmbH operates as an insurance broker pursuant to § 34d para. 1 GewO. As an insurance broker, we provide advice in accordance with §§ 60, 61 VVG on the basis of a sufficient number of insurance contracts offered on the market. We are not contractually tied to specific insurance companies.
6. Type of Remuneration
Remuneration for the insurance broker's intermediation and support activities is regularly paid in the form of brokerage commission, which is included in the insurance premium and paid by the insurer. The customer incurs no additional costs from the broker's intermediation and support activities. Separate remuneration by the customer (fee) is not charged unless expressly agreed otherwise.

XPoint24 GmbH cooperates with TupaService GmbH (Brunnenstraße 19/1, DE-76327 Pfinztal, HRB 742174, Amtsgericht Mannheim) in insurance and mortgage financing intermediation. TupaService GmbH operates the website www.tupa24.de and provides services (online shop, checklists, documents, community offers). Inquiries regarding insurance and mortgage financing submitted via www.tupa24.de are forwarded to XPoint24 GmbH and processed exclusively by it as insurance broker. The contractual terms of XPoint24 GmbH apply. For data processing in the context of this cooperation, both companies have concluded an agreement on joint controllership pursuant to Art. 26 GDPR.
